Vendor Selection Process: Applications are reviewed as we curate the market lineup.
Application reviews will begin once submissions close. If selected, you will receive an acceptance email along with your invoice. Payment is due within 5 days of receipt.Please review the Vendor Agreement and Event Rules before applying.

Standard 10' x 10' booth - $100
Double 10' x 20' booth - $200

VIP Shoppers purchase special tickets that include additional perks. Vendors who choose to participate in the VIP Shopper Program must offer a perk or discount to VIP Shoppers. Examples include Buy One, Get One 50% Off; 10% off a total purchase; or $5 off a $40 purchase.
1Mobile Food Vendors are required to participate in the VIP Shopper Program and must provide at least ten (10) special coupons for door prizes. Mobile Food Vendors must also be properly licensed by the City of Westfield; obtaining this license may require payment of applicable fees.
