Applications are reviewed as received — early submission is encouraged. If selected, you will receive an acceptance email and invoice. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.Please review the Vendor Agreement and Event Rules before applying.

VIP Shoppers purchase special tickets that include additional perks. Vendors who choose to participate in the VIP Shopper Program must offer a perk or discount to VIP Shoppers. Examples include Buy One, Get One 50% Off; 10% off a total purchase; or $5 off a $40 purchase.

¹Mobile Food Vendors are required to participate in the VIP Shopper Program and must provide at least ten (10) special coupons for door prizes. The $0 Mobile Food Vendor booth fee already reflects the VIP Shopper Program discount, and no additional booth fee discounts apply.
